RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Hana does not offer cash refunds.
Exchanges are accepted only in the case of a genuine defect or incorrect item, reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
Exclusions
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
β’ Made-to-order or customized pieces
β’ Stitched or altered garments
β’ Sale items
β’ Worn, washed, or used products
Exchange Terms
Approved exchanges are subject to quality inspection and will be offered as:
β’ A size exchange (subject to availability), or
β’ Store credit valid for 15 days
Return shipping is borne by the customer.
