RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Hana does not offer cash refunds.

Exchanges are accepted only in the case of a genuine defect or incorrect item, reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.

Exclusions

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
β€’ Made-to-order or customized pieces
β€’ Stitched or altered garments
β€’ Sale items
β€’ Worn, washed, or used products

Exchange Terms

Approved exchanges are subject to quality inspection and will be offered as:
β€’ A size exchange (subject to availability), or
β€’ Store credit valid for 15 days

Return shipping is borne by the customer.
