All orders are confirmed upon full payment. Once confirmed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Craft & Color
Each Hana piece is thoughtfully crafted.
Subtle variations in color, texture, or detailing may occur due to lighting, screen display, and artisanal techniques. These are part of the design character and not considered flaws.

Fit & Sizing
Size guides are provided for reference. Fit may vary by design and fabric. We recommend confirming measurements prior to placing an order.

Force Majeure
Hana shall not be responsible for delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural events, courier disruptions, supply constraints, or regulatory matters.
